These terms are an agreement between you and The Fieldhouse McAllen ("The Fieldhouse," "we," "us") and cover the member app, The Hub, the website fieldhousemcallen.com, and the passes, memberships, bookings, and cafe orders you buy through them. The participation agreement and waiver you sign separately covers your physical use of the facility. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these terms.
1. WHO CAN HAVE AN ACCOUNT
You must be at least 13 to create an account. Children under 13 may not create one; a parent or guardian adds them to a household instead. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver for you before you use the facility, and you may not keep a payment card on file. By creating an account you confirm the date of birth you gave us is accurate.
2. YOUR ACCOUNT
Keep your password private and tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your login. One person, one account. Adults in a household share the household wallet and can see household bookings and members.
3. PASSES, MEMBERSHIPS, AND WALLET
Prices and tax are shown before you pay. Passes and credits are for the household they were sold to and cannot be transferred or resold. Expiration and refund terms are stated at the time of purchase.
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each term on the card on file, at the price shown when you bought or last renewed, until you turn auto-renewal off. You can turn it off any time in the app under Profile → Payment methods or at the front desk, and the membership then ends at the end of the paid term. We will tell you before a price change takes effect.
Wallet balance is stored value you can spend at The Fieldhouse. It is not redeemable for cash except where the law requires it, and it does not earn interest.
4. BOOKINGS AND ORDERS
A booking is confirmed when it is paid or, for parties and events, when we approve your request and your deposit is paid. Cancellation and refund terms for each booking are shown when you book. Cafe orders are prepared when paid and cannot be cancelled once preparation starts. A refund goes back the way you paid.
5. FRIENDS AND PRESENCE
The friends feature lets people you invite see your first name, photo, and, if you turn presence sharing on, when you are at the facility. Only share your friend link with people you know. We can remove friendships or disable the feature for anyone who misuses it.
6. PHOTOS
Staff may take a profile photo at the desk or a kiosk so they recognize you. The waiver separately covers promotional photography in public areas; you can opt out of promotional use in the app under Profile.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not use the app to harass anyone, to impersonate someone, to interfere with our systems, or to do anything illegal. Follow the facility rules and staff instructions. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the facility rules.
8. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE
We can change, add, or remove features, prices, hours, and offerings. If we change these terms in a way that matters we will ask you to accept the new version in the app.
9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITS
The app is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be error-free or always online. To the extent Texas law allows, The Fieldhouse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the app, and our total liability for any claim about the app or a purchase made through it is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. GOVERNING LAW
Texas law governs these terms. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Hidalgo County, Texas.
